Rockit™ apple chia pudding

Chia pudding is an awesome alternative to sugary cereals and it'll keep the kids satisfied until lunch! We suggest making your chia pudding before bed so it's ready to go as soon as you wake up.


Chia pudding:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (or your preferred dairy free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
To serve:
  • Raspberries
  • 1 Rockit™ apple (sliced)


  • Add milk (or milk alternative), chia seeds and maple syrup to a bowl and mix well making sure all ingredients are combined
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours (we recommend overnight)
  • Before eating, add sliced Rockit™ apple and raspberries
