For a quick afternoon energy boost, try this Rockit™ apple, banana and berry smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Rockit™ apple ( skin on, cut into chunks)
- 1 cup frozen berries (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend for 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth
- Add more milk (or milk alternative) to achieve desired consistency
