Rockit™ apple smoothie

For a quick afternoon energy boost, try this Rockit™ apple, banana and berry smoothie.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Rockit™ apple ( skin on, cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)


  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend for 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth
  • Add more milk (or milk alternative) to achieve desired consistency
