Our values
One Rockit – Kotahitanga
We are a global business with our roots in Aotearoa. Across every market, site and shift – we are one team. We value each other, share the hard work, prioritise health and safety, have fun and make sure every voice is heard and valued. We win as one team.
Consumer Obsessed
Every decision starts with one question:
What does this mean for the person eating our apple?
Think Differently
We started by doing what no one else had – the world’s first miniature apple, in a tube, sold as premium. Original thinking is our powerhouse. We don’t rest on what we’ve built: we get better every day, ready to back the next big bold idea that sets us apart.
Unstoppable Passion
Our business is something special – and we give it everything.
We’re proud of who we are, how we work together and the exceptional product we bring to the world.
