Chief Executive Officer
Grant McBeath
Grant McBeath is the Chief Executive Officer of Rockit Global Ltd, joining the team in September 2024. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a broad sector of local and multi-national businesses, with strong experience in technology and FMCG businesses. Grant focuses on building an unbeatable culture and delivering great customer experiences as the foundations for strong performance.
Chief Financial Officer
Steven Anderson
Steven Anderson leads the finance team and is responsible for the financial, commercial and risk management functions of the business. Joining the business in 2021, he has a strong background in global FMCG and agriculture following 10+ years at Fonterra along with previous commercial leadership and investment banking roles.
General Manager Global Marketing
Julian Smith
Julian Smith joined Rockit Global Ltd as the General Manager of Global Marketing in July 2020, bringing over 20 years’ experience in global marketing roles. He has led global brands such as Les Mills, Steinlager Pure and Icebreaker and developed some of New Zealand’s leading primary sector and horticulture brands. He is now driving strong global brand success for Rockit.
General Manager People and Culture
Kelly Doyle
Kelly Doyle joined Rockit Global Ltd in November 2021 as General Manager, People and Culture, and has over 15 years working in global human resources roles. She is leading Rockit’s people and safety functions through continued growth, while highlighting the importance of our people. Kelly is passionate about building leadership capability, employee wellbeing and fostering a culture of success.
General Manager Greater China
Cullen Zhang
Cullen joins Rockit in 2024 in the role of General Manager, Greater China. He brings a wealth of experience in FMCG, sales & marketing, key account management, brand strategy, supply chain management, warehousing and logistics. His previous role was the General Manager China for pladis, a premium global snacking company. He has also held senior positions at Metro China, Luxottica China, Danone, Ferrero Asia Pacific and Gillette. His capabilities, with a real focus on building strong teams who are committed to their customers and delivering high performance, will be critical in leading the Greater China markets and supporting strong growth.
General Manager Commercial & General Counsel
Tom Lane
Tom Lane joined Rockit in 2021 with more than 15 years experience in advisory and executive roles with leading local and global FMCG businesses. Tom supports the wider Rockit business to create value through commercial strategy, IP creation and protection framework, and ESG program.
General Manager Global Markets
Steve Bunyan
Steve Bunyan manages Rockit sales throughout the Middle East & North Africa, South East Asia, and the United States, while developing strategies and business opportunities for Rockit across the globe. Joining Rockit in 2024, Steve has vast experience in commercial management and business development following 17+ years at Zespri and is now leading out Rockit’s sales across our Global Markets.
General Manager Enablement & Optimisation
Stu O’Connor
Stu O’Connor joined Rockit in 2024, with a strong background in FMCG and considerable commercial experience in finance, sales, marketing, and operations. Stu leads Business Enablement and Optimisation, developing greater depth and insights from data, establishing more robust enterprise processes and capability, implementation of new systems (with a focus on Sales and Marketing) and oversight for Sales and Operational planning.
Chief Operating Officer
Ivan Angland
Ivan Angland leads Rockit’s global growing and packing, quality, operations, information technology, and supply chain functions. He joined the business in 2025, bringing more than 26 years of experience in the horticultural industry, including roles at Heinz Wattie’s and T&G Global. With a strong background in both growing and post-harvest operations, and expertise in multi-site packing and international sourcing, Ivan is now driving Rockit’s global operations strategy with a sharp focus on quality and efficiency.
Our Stories
Wayne Mason
Inwards Goods Supervisor
Wayne started his career at Rockit in 2015 as a Forklift Driver, he is now the Inwards Good Supervisor. He is responsible for supervising the reciepts of all incoming goods arriving at our packhouse, ensuring all goods coming in have been ordered and paid for. Wayne loves Rockit because of the people, culture, and meeting new people each season. “My favourite memories at Rockit are the funny moments during the most mundane tasks.”
