Rockit™ apple hemp seed bircher

This nourishing and delicious bircher is loaded with goodness and needs no added sugar thanks to the natural sweetness of the Rockit™ apples. Recipe developed by @kellygibney_wholehearted.

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup milk (any type will work)
• ½ cup coconut yoghurt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 Rockit™ apples – grated with skin on
• 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
• Pinch sea salt

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
3. In the morning serve garnished with apple slices, blueberries and chopped pistachios.
