Get your taste buds rocking with a delicious apple, honey, and yoghurt breakfast. Enjoy a wholesome wrap for lunch, and savour the goodness of a healthy salmon salad for dinner. Rockit Every Day!

Breakfast 

Top your favourite yoghurt with chopped Rocki™t apple, almonds, toasted coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey. An incredible, energy boosting way to start the day. 

Lunch 

Rockit™ apple is the perfect addition to your favourite salad. Here it adds brightness and wonderful crunch to a delicious, healthy lunch you’ll want to make again and again. 

Heat flatbreads. Top with a generous swirl of hummus. Add shredded chicken, sliced Rockit™ apple, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, baby spinach and some crumbled feta. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.   

Dinner 

Apple and salmon is a match made in heaven. Here we’ve used Rockit™ apple in a lemony green salad. This is the perfect match to the richness of the roasted salmon. A quick, easy and very tasty dinner. 

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle 2 salmon pieces with black and white sesame seeds and a pinch of salt. Baked for 12-14 minutes depending in fillet size. 

Compile a salad with your favourite salad greens, lightly blanched green beans, cucumber and sliced Rockit™ apple. Toss together with a lemon and olive oil vinaigrette. Top with toasted and roughly chopped pistachio nuts. 

Mix together some Greek yoghurt with a little minced garlic, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Add a dollop of this to your serving plate. 

Place the cooked salmon on top of the yoghurt and serve with the apple salad.
