This Rockit™ apple Saudi Champagne, infused with fresh fruit and sparkling water is the perfect beverage to enjoy on a hot summers day. Refreshing, hydrating and oh so delicious.

Ingredients

3 Rockit™ apples
1 orange
3-4 sprigs fresh mint
Squeeze lemon juice
1 ltr apple juice
1 ltr sparking water

Method

Add ice to your pitcher of choice
Slice the Rockit™ apples and orange with skin on, and add to a pitcher
Add sprigs of fresh mint, lemon juice and top with apple juice and sparking water
Enjoy cold
